Learning Outcome 5 & 6

My efforts with work cited pages are still a little on the rough side. In high school, we never really did much with work citing until my junior-senior year and if we did we used online generators that did it for us. Our teachers taught us how to do MLA format properly, but we were told that it wasn’t necessary to memorize it because we have the help of those generators. On papers, one and two I was able to create work cited pages properly, but the one thing I struggled a bit with was the in-text citations. I couldn’t quite remember where the placement of the punctuation mark was supposed to be, but I was able to figure it out and we were golden. Another thing that came up that I struggled with was just how I was supposed to cite my peers’ work in my own work. This was resolved in class when we were told how to properly do it for paper number two. We were not only given a paper that explained it but we were also taught examples in class and we did peer editing and were able to check in with our peer group to confirm if we did it properly or if we needed further help.
